  A domestic measurement system capable of executing a series of processes from automatic dropping to image analysis with high precision. This model has gained high reliability both domestically and internationally in evaluating water repellency, hydrophilicity, and surface energy. We capture minute differences in each formulation numerically and utilize them for optimization and quality stabilization.

  A testing machine capable of quantitatively evaluating the scratch and wear resistance of the coating layer. It reproduces the load equivalent to friction from car wash brushes and cloths, proving peeling, gloss reduction, and deterioration of water repellency numerically. It also complies with JIS and ASTM standard tests.

  As the final hurdle for developed products, this is a dedicated facility to evaluate long-term durability and weather resistance under actual climatic conditions. We verify the realistic behavior of products against complex deterioration factors in the natural world, which cannot be reproduced by artificial testing machines.

We strictly verify whether the products under development are truly easy to use on-site and whether they can demonstrate the expected performance from a professional perspective, while also striving to popularize correct application techniques.
